This is incredibly unrealistic, I have never had this problem the seats are always tall enough to see over every one in front of you all the people in the back are just complaining for no reason

::: spoiler Tap for spoiler I'm 6'4 btw :::

It used to be more of a problem. The theaters I went to as a kid in the 80s had barely any rise to them. They were almost flat. Modern theaters are just better designed.

As someone who was a short kid I know how they feel. Now that I’m a tall grown man, sucked in.

Still mad about the guy in front of me at Oppenheimer where it was no problem if he sat back in his seat like a normal person, but instead he craned forward most of the time so the back of his head was non-stop covering part of the screen. Still, maybe I’m being unfair and he had some sort of eye condition where you can only see a cinema screen if you reduce the distance to it by 0.2%.

Do kids even go to theaters to watch movies these days?

I can't remember the last time I saw any kids under 10 in a theater in years.

LOL That's a distinct possibility! I honestly didn't think of that!
