Canada is a huge country. We are witnessing simultaneous attacks on bike lanes in multiple provinces (Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia). This is extremely suspicious.

I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but does anyone else think something is odd?
Just typical right-wing corruption. Keeping people dependent on cars is massively profitable. It keeps people poor and their paycheques flowing upward as the ruling class wants it. Canada being nothing but a few oligopolies in a trenchcoat.
Surely it's just a coincidence?
Resident of Alberta here. Our premier has no brains. She's against any type of green energy or micro mobility. She can not get it through her thick skull that oil and gas will not last forever. NOW is the time to starting move towards green energy. Micro mobility would be a major help but the current government only cares about over sized vehicles. Not to mention that cycling is great for ones health. You'd think they want to promote and encourage it! Lol
I'm all for selling oil and gas.
But as notorious BIG said, never use what you sell.
