Well, it’s been leaked now. I guess somebody is getting (unfairly) fired?
Why is no one keeping the plan secret? I specifically requested it!
Makes sense. Ford is negotiating with the union and doesn't want to show its hand.
Plus, getting more familiar with the manufacturing side of the business could actually be a good exercise for the engineers.
It's actually really cool in a way. Every organization should send at least their Supply Management employees into the field so they can see their impact.
There's nothing cool about scabs.
