When I first discovered them, they blew my mind - so many great links! What are some of the lesser well known, but still great lists?
I like browsing the repository at https://www.linuxserver.io/ from time to time. Since they only make docker images for popular projects, it’s a good way to see a more curated list of what people are using instead of getting lost in giant lists of open source projects.

yunohost has a pretty extensive list of applications: https://apps.yunohost.org/catalog
Its nice for small to medium setups that dont have all the time.
