This is a bit bordering against the rules on schadenfreude, so I hope the comments here can focus on trans, nonbinary, intersex etc. passport changes being allowed instead of the Trump administration being blocked.

What do we do when Marco Rubio and at least every employee at a passport office in a red state continue to not process them?

There are two passport renewal processing offices, once you mail your forms out. Regular renewal is in Texas, but if you do expedited (I think like $60 more or something like that) it goes to Philadelphia to be processed.

I’m not saying that if you’re trans you will never have success with the regular renewal, but I paid for express before Trump was sworn in just to be safe and it worked out for me.

I’m a cis white male so I’ll be ok. Also it’s a blue state. But I I wish there were something I could do for the folks who are bound to keep having trouble.
