Justice moves slowly. But having charges in the UK gives me a stronger sense that it will be delivered. Not knocking Romania, I just don't know how effective the legal system is there and I have more knowledge of the UK as an english-speaking person.

Tate all but said on Twitter that he moved to Romania specifically to avoid rape charges in the UK (specifically, he said he moved there because they "don't investigate" sexual crimes). Several women have since come forth in the UK about his sexual assaults and battery of them.
