I used to be a big fan of AccuWeather. But my observation of late is that they're more interested selling their premium service than accurately forecasting the weather.
big fan of the Windy.com site/app, it seems to be grabbing it's data from a bunch of local (and international) sources. You can click on a city and select which data source you want, or what prediction model. It's also got a nice description for the unit of measurement is uses and has got alot more to give.

What is the best source for accurate weather forecast? | Spyke
Where are you?
In the US I like the National Weather Service.
My friend was a severe weather photographer and his dad was a pro storm chaser and they both used this.

Get a weather forecasting stone, it's 100% accurate.
