This one's new. I think you're thinking of Sarah Huckabee in Arkansas who I believe got the FEMA approval after two months of begging. Sen Josh Hawley from Missouri was also asking about FEMA aid during a congressional hearing. And from what I've read about Kim Reynolds, she's always been the opposite of progress.
Maybe citizens can try out some citizen police review FPV drones next? Those are gonna be harder to disband.
