diagnosed just before I turn 40
Finally got confirmation of what I've always known. Feeling conflicted. Relieved and happy I now have validation. But feeling angry and grieving the life I could have had if I was diagnosed sooner. Still plenty of time to find my groove I suppose.
Feel it. My doctor said, don’t lament the life you could’ve had, live the life you can.

Take time to grieve if you need to. I’d recommend talking about it with a therapist.
