Doubt it, because this is a bot that only links (advertises) sites thst require to you pay to read. Shame.
You know who I don’t feel sorry for….. these people and anyone else who buys a second home as an investment.
AirBNB as a way to find usage for otherwise idle real estate stock is never going to die.. AirBNB as a way to pump up leveraged real estate deals... not so much
The market corrects, arbitrage opportunities only last so long. The overall economy is slower then the hey day of AirBNB, so less demand for travel. People using AirBNB as the backbone of their real-estate empire are going to take a beating.
