more pepperoni pizza

I got inspired to share 🙂 Cheese goes on top here, that's to prevent the meat from drying out.

Note the spoons underneath the rack, that's so the bottom can cool and remain crispy.

We'd call this plate pizza btw.

Unless you baked them on that rack and just didn't want to move them you could just flip the rack upside down to cool down. Wouldn't need the spoons.

I pictured flipping the rack upside down with the pizzas still on them like you were cooling and angel food cake🤣

I know what you mean, my racks are pretty flat though.Minimal lip on them.
