I would very much appreciate this. You can get a prescription, but that's such a hassle. You can buy it in New Jersey, but then you have to go to New Jersey. State run liquor stores are a pain in the ass, but it's better than paying a fake doctor for a prescription.

They are going to get sued and lose. The state/government cannot compete with the free market. I predict it takes 2 1/2 years until this is permanently shut down and some law firm has taken all the money it made as fines.

Plenty of people who live in NJ commute to PA, DE, and NY. I try to cover bordering states in addition to federal matters.
