Lemmy.zip proxied images not embedding properly in Alexandrite
I don't know what changed, but just a week ago images linked in posts were embedded faithfully at full size when opened as a post. Now, I have to click on the link itself to see the full image.

Has there been any new info on this matter? This is still happening on desktop Alexandrite.
I brought it up with the admin 2 weeks ago and they said they sent a message to the Alexandrite dev. So I'm guessing it's an Alexandrite thing. Although it's weird that it works fine on my lemm.ee account.
Yeah I'm not sure about that either. I came from lemm.ee as well and it was always working fine there. I don't recall if lemm.ee did the image proxy thing like lemmy.zip appears to do though.

Lemm.ee doesn't use the proxy so we need the alexandrite devs help to figure this out. Just waiting for them to respond.
