What happened to the super rich people from USSR when it collapsed?
There weren't really many super rich people in the USSR. There were people with a lot of influence and power, who had nicer houses, better food, clothes, etc. but very few had a tons of money stashed away. You have to remember that Stalin and many of his followers viewed capitalism as the root of all evil and would imprison or kill rich people.
And many of those influential people used that power after the fall to become super rich by snapping up former state assets. Which is seemingly part of their current goal in the US: Isolate the country and destroy government assets to privatize them. Literally trying to recreate the situation that created the 90s Russian oligarchs.
Highly influential people who where loyal to Gorbachev: Purged and often imprisoned after the coup attempt.
Highly influential people who were loyal to Yeltsin: Oligarchs.

Come to think of it, what happens if supply lines break down and fuel stops being delivered? I could imagine the mother of all famines, as food won't make it into the (food) desert and people can't come out.
You know what happens. Absolute fucking chaos followed by militias and what's left of the US government tearing up the US like puzzle pieces. Millions will die if they don't commit suicide first. Keep as much food as you like. Store as many guns as you can get. It won't matter. It will become the supplies of the person who steals it from you.
