Loaded up on doc appointments for the year
Annual checkup and blood work. Cancer screening for some family history. Also got a nagging shoulder looked at and treated with a steroid injection. Happy it wasn't a tear.
Colonoscopy is a few weeks out.

i was just wondering about this the other day, and i think i might be one of those guys..
i just realized something. i've had my current physician for about 4 years, and not once has their office called to ask me to come in for a physical. other than some meds and refills, it's completely slipped my mind.
now i miss my mom. i think that she was that call. ouch. i should probably go and get my balls cupped.

(FWIW, I'll usually get an XL bowl of phò after to break the colonoscopy fasting. 10/10; highly recommend. It's easy on the gut and is usually extra tasty on an empty stomach.)
