There was a great B plot in the "Full Monty" tv show about the plight of old people. Really hits you in the feels.

I miss the light-up nub on the Nexus One. It was one of the best notification indicators I've ever seen on a phone.
I too miss notification lights. I also miss headphone jacks, removable batteries, MicroSD slots, trackballs, and the menu button.
