nyo, it's macOS, i use all the big ones, mac, linux, windows (not windows 11 screw you :3), ios and android.

Also, can you normally customize Windows 10 like that or did you have to use WindowBlinds or something? I know you can change the colors but I remember the colors being a lot more muted than that. Or maybe I only picked muted colors myself lol.
this is all stock customization, windowblinds is problem-ridden and expensive. windows theming peaked around xp and hasn't ever been in a worse state but you can still change how it looks a little bit more than what most people usually do
