Why wasn't this a rule from the beginning?
What prompted them to finally change that?
Didnt know that wasnt a rule, weird.
They could ask for the movie tickets as a proof.
Or make them take a quiz!
As a fan of the international features category, I really hope this helps some of the less-widely-distributed films get wider release.
