If it's Tesla, somehow crash into the mirror.

Other cars would use LiDAR, detect the obstacle, and stop.

Afaik lidar doesn't work very well for detecting highly reflective or highly transparent objects. It's possible, but not very straight forward and depends on what else is sorta "in frame". I'm not sure how well lidar would fare when pointed at a large mirror that takes up a rather large portion of its fov.

Radar wouldn't be bothered though.

A Tesla would turn off autopilot and roll to it's own death if it thought a person couldn't survive the crash and needed to absolve itself for crash scene investigators.

Cars get towed backwards all the time, it would detect that it’s traveling the same direction.

Oof I wouldn't bet on that. Have you seen it react to passing trains?

probably depends on the software implementation as most self driving cars have multiple cameras which could be used to provide stereoscopic vision and have depth perception. regardless of implementation I doubt anything good would come of it.
