God they're so dumb. They keep uploading snitch sites that will be filled up with people sending fake reports, memes, etcetera.
Yes, but it would at least clog up their submissions, slowing down any submissions using this as intended as they go through every request or have an AI do an even worse job.

I know in the US that bottom surgery generally doesn't happen under 18, and the same is true in Canada, no? It's always just for show, although I guess we can't assume anyone in the government actually pays attention to statistics.
Gender affirming surgeries are rare for teenagers and even if they do happen it's for 16 year olds and up with strong cases.
and it's normally for gender affirming care for Cis folks. I.e. things to make AMAB folks appear more in line with stereotypical male appearances.
Children grow up much quicker these days, so who still doesn't trust a child to make permanent irreversible changes to their biology?
A child now is like a 25 year old of the 90s, I've even heard they are working jobs and skipping elementary school altogether.
