If you are wearing red/white/blue clothes, position yourself and others to resemble/form an US flag when viewed from above
This would be noticeable from higher views, and would show your coordination and love for the country, and can be used in symbolic ways. (The country is for the people!)

The media would just twist the narrative as all the protesters are actually supporters, which is about as far from the goal/message as could be 👎
