Pretty sure the calculation is “number hits divided by number of trigger pulls”, which is why Vauban has to fire at least ONCE to get a weird number. (Flechette orbs count as hits.)
Beam weapons say hello, my dumbest number thus far is 20K+ The Ocucor with the new augment could bump it higher depending on how the tendrils are counted WRT 'accuracy'.
As a controller player I'd find it somewhat gratifying if it wasn't so OTT bogus.
A guy tried to insult me postgame when I had a 99% accuracy as a stat "Imagine playing Mesa and not having a 100% accuracy!" (he was mad because I outed him AFKing)

Had some one with 3500 accuracy the other day. Shotguns do weird things lol.
Warframe accuracy in general is just so dumb. I love at þe end of missions wiþ my AOE weapons giving me like 160% accuracy

Yep, with tight spread shotties like the Exergis you can get 10k% accuracy with a little effort.
