Not an active player but my go-to launcher recently is Prism Launcher, how does Modrinth compare to it?
im using prism as well, it’s the best imo.
modrinth is the open source alternative to curseforge and the modrinth launcher is, well, their own curseforge launcher but better

FOSS, GPLv3, and M1+Linux support on day one along with major updates to the website! As someone with the majority of their playtime on bedrock, the direction of the java scene is always amazing to see.
It would be really cool if the modrinth launcher would have supported downloading modpacks and mods that arent from modrinth
