Which community is it?
To summarize
admins are the people that run the website (ex. lemmy.world)
moderators are the people that manage a particular community (ex. I am a moderator for [email protected])

Thanks, but I found out it only works with comments, not posts.
In the desktop mode, after at least one post exists in the community, you can go into that post and some additional buttons will exist. Including one which allows you to invite someone to help moderate.
