Opting out of eBay's use of personal data for AI
I recently discovered this setting and thought it might be of interest to others::
This setting is intended to help our users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland control the use of their personal data to train, test, validate, and align our own Al models as well as third-party Al models

Thanks for the hint! I didn't know this setting existed and of course it was enabled by default... What happened to informed consent?
I’m sure the terms of use say that the privacy policy can be updated at any time with or without notice.

I opened OP's link in a browser on my phone, and I found it
Only for Europe? Darn.
I live in the US, and it let me opt out with the toggle switch
