Of course you do, it's great for your back! And if you don't use it, it will be good for your back even in ten years!
For real though, I liked the way the Aeron kind of "forced" good posture. Not enough to buy one for myself, but enough when I had one at a previous job.
I mean, maybe, but i also have horrible carple tunnel now.
I prefer the second picture, but angled back 30°
