A lot of people are recommending very different types of hot sauce. Are you looking for something with a primarily tobasco flavor? Not that I have any recommendations if you do, but it might help focus the suggestions being given.

Yes, exactly. It‘s Tabasco specifically. I love everything hot sauces and have lots of them. But sometimes, Tabasco scratches a specific itch…

CBS are great, love them. They‘re so fresh abd also great for people who don‘t like it too hot.

Very hard to find mexican food or products in the Benelux 😂 dutch speaking people are allergic to spice and not having potatoes!

That‘s not the point. I have lots of very nice sauces, but sometimes I like Tabasco. I know its just spicy vinegar basically, but hey.

I like OG Tabasco on fish pie and lasagne. Don't know why but none of my other hot sauces sit right with those two meals.

Check Paladin. It's portuguese and we know our spicy sauces. The company is family owned and their products are essentially gold standard in Portugal. They mostly export their name brand but supply supermarket chains with store brand products.

Pleasure! You've inspired me to change my habits & look beyond Tabasco too.

In Finland we have “Poppamies”, I think they need to expand their presence in Europe.

Basque country (on the frontier between France and Spain) has plenty of mild chilly sauces made with the local Espelette chillies. If your looking to go beyond the 1/2 million sco, you might want to try those from the Croatian "I love heat" company, but the mildest ones they make are closer to the Tabasco heat-vinegar combo.
