A measurement from the human rights campaign (hrc.org) it looks like. I assume it's a survey where lgbtq+ employees are kindly encouraged to answer "correctly" or they get mystery fired, but maybe the office jobs at Tesla were genuinely pretty good before elon came out as a nazi, who knows
