Yes, no changelog, but this time they instead posted an "article" about the update on the Nexus!
Script extender shader mods are possibly my favorite types of mods for BGS games. In that way, CS is following mods like Oblivion Reloaded and NVR. I hope one of these mods will make their way to Fallout 4 sometime :).
