We know that many animal species will die off due to climate change. Are there any that will adapt fast enough to the rising temperatures to thrive?

If so, what are the potential consequences they pose to other animals or plants?

Basically anything with a fast reproduction cycle should be able to handle it. Obviously microbes and most insects will find a new home as long as we don’t collide the moon on earth and turn the entire planet into a ball of lava.
