Hang onto that; it’ll be worth 3¢ in just a couple decades.
They already say it costs them like 3.4 cents to stamp one penny, so...
Which is an extremely rare case of them actually being right about something. It makes no sense to make (single) cents.

Obviously. Point is, if they're cancelling the penny this early this year, then the existing 2025 pennies will end up being somewhat rare..
