Feijoada is a very hearty, usually smokey dish. I find a very good contrast with the sourness of the sauerkraut. Really recommend trying this combination.
I love farofa I never think to make it! Cassava is really underrated where I live now but I used to live near a lot of Brazilians and it would be available in the stores
