I didn't know what to expect when I got these beans so I soaked them for like 2 days until they looked fully soaked up then put them in the instant pot only like 8 minutes under pressure. Then I added some home made tomato sauce and simmered them with some fresh herbs and Italian seasoning.

nah they have whey powder in them, always read the ingredients!
