TLDW AMD needs to force market share by lowering prices and/or offering way more than Nvidia. Totally agree, get me in the door by seriously undercutting Nvidia and you have a very good chance I’m sticking with you in the future.
I don't know. Terascale 2 absolutely smashed Nvidia at the time, but the market share didn't really budge past 30% iirc.
Completely different landscape today with regards to software ecosystems but Nvidia's marketing game is thorough and effective.
