Peanuts are legumes/nut-esque peas and cashews are fruit from a biological perspective, sure, but like the claim that strawberries, raspberries and blackberries aren't berries, but bell peppers and bananas are, it's just a case of the "official" definition being wrong rather than the average person

These are strange times for Berry Club... Strange times

As a kid we would add milk, heat in up in the microwave and top with honey. Not much crunch this way though.

They're called that because they are the size of grape seeds. Why anyone thought that made them appealing is beyond me. Grape nut flakes are pretty good though

I thought it was because the guy who invented them called glucose "grape sugar" because cereal people in that era were entirely detached from reality, and he thought they tasted nutty. And that baking the cereal released glucose.

Oh, well that makes perfect sense. Wait, no it doesn’t. I don’t call lemon seeds Lemon Nuts.

I don't think I've ever heard of grape jam. Usually I have them with strawberry jam, and I guess raspberry jam would work just as well too.

Can't say I've heard of grape jelly either. When you say jelly, do you mean jam? Or are you talking about the wibbly-wobbly stuff that kids love? Because I dunno how you'd put that into a sandwich

I'm sure it's different in different parta of the world, but atleast in the US, Jelly is pretty similar to jam, but usually more processed, without any little chunks of fruit in it.

Over here Grape jelly and Strawberry Jam/Jelly are the most common to find in stores.

So the teal is just other variety of nuts?

And y'all don't put them in pb&j sammies?
