Are you aware that Reddthat has disabled downvotes, and so would your potential community here as well?
Yes, votes wouldn't matter really. It's not about voting. It's about keeping track.
Also, you are aware that Reddthat is Australian, right? Maybe a bit ironic to host a community listing hate against USA on a non-USA instance
About the whole community, if you launch it, you would probably see something like ShitUSAys as Lemmy version of ShitAmericansSay as a counterbalance.
Not sure if there is a need for such communities to keep track on how much crap citizens of different countries say.
