TV almost touching the ceiling
This show has so many bad placements of their TVs. No wonder the homeowners on this show want to "Move or Improve".
Those people should come to me and I'll make their lives 100x better with one simple tip.

That looks like a bedroom. I understand wanting it higher so you can watch it from the bed.
I don't get it.. it's ideal to have the TV high in the bedroom to aid watching it from bed. Allows you to lay back further and also see over your body hump\blankets too.
