Nowhere. They're bolder than ever. And most people don't care.

If you could provide some context for each word I'll try to translate that better for you.

This implies I need to research stuff about language culture that is not native to me, and I don't have the time for that now. If you could just explain the context for each word it would make me understand the meaning. Deny what and when? Depose how? Etc.

Mangione is believed to be the man who assassinated Brian Thompson (CEO of United Healthcare). His bullet casings were engraved with those three words. I'm probably not the best at this, but here's my attempt at explanation:

  • Deny — health insurance companies tend to avoid paying for "unnecessary" care
  • Delay — in accordance with the above, those companies would rather wait until the patient is dead and/or care is no longer needed than pay
  • Depose — phrased as an effect of the previous two "causes", refers to Thompson being murdered (to depose means to remove from power)

Then I'd say it would be this on Russian:

Отказывать, откладывать, устранять

But it doesn't sound right to me in a sense that the last word refers to actions by someone other than companies, according to you. Normally a slogan like that would suggest consecutive actions by someone specific, not by different actors.

Also a lot of articles mention defend instead of delay.

He has to play nice with China because they don't bend over for him like the US does. I'm pretty sure it would be illegal for him to have investments in Russia at this time.

Yes, I'm sure China has been imposing their famously strict safety standards on Tesla operations in China. That's obviously why Musk chose China, after all. Because they don't bend the rules for him.

The rules already suit him.

I’m pretty sure it would be illegal for him to have investments in Russia at this time.

As usual, not the first clue what you're talking about.

They actually except the China Tesla factory of the technology transfer other companies have to share.
