This is why I can't be one of those people who drink their morning coffee at work instead of before work. Because then I'll have to shit in public instead of at home and then I won't have as much time to complete my work.
Yea I don't think a cup or two of coffee alone is bad, other than temporarily increasing blood pressure. But I definitely wouldn't combine it with smoking.

As an ex-smoker a morning coffee and cigarette does feel great, so does a post workout smoke. But yeah dont start smoking!
