Anti-status quo candidates have been the winners for a while now. Obama and Trump (despite fascism etc) both got elected that way

Then we went back to Joe "nothing will fundamentally change" Biden.

The worst part is that this was not a missed opportunity due to Democrats being out of touch with public sentiments. The DNC had Bernie Sanders staring them in the face while harnessing this exact energy for two straight election cycles. Still, they made a calculated effort to shut that down and rely on the same tired platform that hadn't won them an election since last century. Hell, they still don't get it even after losing to a shitgibbon like Trump two separate times.

And some wonder why voters aren't excited to turn out for Democrats. Pssh.

The Dems spent more time and energy making sure that Bernie didn't win than Trump

Oh definitely. I heard it phrased pretty well the other day; they didn't nominate Joe Biden because he was the only one who could beat Donald Trump, they nominated him because he was the only one who could beat Bernie Sanders.

Kamala Harris should have shot a health insurance CEO in the back in October

If the democratic party organises a few well placed justice killings pre election they could do ok. Don't need to be the running candidate who carries out the execution, just ride on the coat tails of the fall out

No, no, fuck him.

People aren't there to be harvested. That kind of thinking is part of the fucking problem. We aren't a crop. We aren't a resource. These fucking shits are supposed to be working for us.

Our anger? Not your fucking property, you arrogant piece of shit.

But yeah, enough people get angry, and you damn well better believe that the two party duopoly of power will reap what it sowed, a crop of rage that they'll be forced to swallow.

No reason, but does anybody have a link to the jacket? I didn't know it had been figured out exactly yet.

I was hoping there would be some double entendres sneaked into the reviews regarding the reason for the jacket’s popularity.

“Great for taking a walk in NY” sort of thing.

Actually there was when I bought the jacket, but I guess Macy’s got rid of them.

A lot of them were really clever too

the pockets have a different cut. This one is similar though.
