Arcane is a Netflix show with impressive visuals, immersive world building and a noteworthy soundtrack. It's about to air its final episodes this weekend and as a certified nobody, I highly recommend watching it.

I looked into it because the show is so amazing. The game does not look amazing. It looks boring, frustrating, and basic.

I kind of wish this beautiful animation, huge effort, high budget and excellent storytelling hadn't been the product of a fucking Riot game. That company, its business model and its players are so toxic the success of the Arcane series feels hollow to me.
I played the game once and immediately dropped it, but Arcane had me gripped all the way through. The people who worked on the show absolutely deserve the praise.
