Artichoke on pizza is awesome!
Looks great! I think artichokes are severely under-rated as a vegetable option on pizzas.
Well, I do too, but I just wanted a pizza. It was fairly normal.
This is a crime against cuisine. And this is coming from someone who puts pineapple on their pizza...
Whats the green slices on top? Green tomatos?
Tomatillo, so yeah, a lot like a green tomato but maybe even less sweet and more tart.
Oh. I thought they were pickles. OK, maybe this might be acceptable...
Pickles might have been better, tbh. The tomatillos were a weird flavor but I figured what the heck, I had one and it’s produce.
