You are born with 100 character points. Every 10 years you can re-assign them across IQ, EQ, resilience, strength, agility and endurance. You can't improve on the stats or gain new points at all.
You can also give up 1 point permanently for $50k (today's $) during re-assignment. How do you live?
Uh... What's the exchange rate? Because if I need to use up all my points to get an IQ of 100, I'm gonna have a bad time...
Reasonably you should start with a base iq of 100 as that's average. And if we're going to score according to SD=15 then each point should get 2 IQ points because the scale only really goes up to 52 and above. You can always take points out of executive function and place them in IQ. This unlocks ADHD.
