How can i make Clock or Top bar to display on all monitors?
I'd like to be able to glance at the time on screen 2 while playing a game/movie fullscreen on the primary display.

Add empty panel to other monitor then add clock widget to the panel.
There's a great gnome extension called Fullscreen Avoider that moves the top bar to the other screen when your primary is full screen. It'll give you the clock and the rest of your menus too.
