If he didn't read it, that means he doesn't have to act on it.
It's the equivalent of closing your eyes, plugging your ears with your fingers and going "LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA" when there's something obvious happening and want to claim ignorance.

Blinken's father was a long time lawyer & confidant to Robert Maxwell, highly suspected of being Mossad, as is Epstein. Maxwell was found dead claimed to have fallen off his yacht, the Lady Ghislaine, while urinating. Weird how %0.2 of the world's population end up having significant influence in US politics.
