Section 4 makes it extremely obvious which party is A and B, and who the Russians are targeting.
This also explains why a specific candidate spoke about high prices of groceries.
Anyone reading this can immediately tell it's goal is Russian propaganda. Who are these people claiming they agreed to this and took the money but didn't know
