The mercy rule was invoked in the Auburn vs. Alabama A&M game. Last two quarters will be 10 minutes each. Tigers were up 52-3 at the half.
I didn't even know college football had a mercy rule...
I wonder what the exact rule is, Vols were up 48-0 at half and I don't think we employed any such rule

I was expecting some more scoring out of the Georgia/Clemson game.
Makes sense though, with how UGA is built defensively and how Clemson has, like, 0 receivers

I could be wrong, but I thought the bevel went away a while ago. IIRC, most Aggies don't like it because it was like a 1% departure from muh traditionz.
I'm not a UT fan either, but certain parts of the A&M fan base are particularly eye-rolling to deal with. No program has done less with more over the decades without admitting it.
