I've trained myself to eat banana peel. It's a fun way to freak out people since it always gets a reaction. Watermelon peels are also a gross favorite. Far from the freakiest thing I do though.
Back when I worked for Micky D's as a teenager, I'd eat the receipt they'd give me with the crew meal. Toss it in my mouth, and start chewing in front of the custies before walking back to the break room and spitting it out there.
