For non Canadians:
Conservative party is Blue. NDP (which is further left than our Liberal party) is Orange
Ironic, but it kinda works for the U.S. too.
In Germany it would be:
AfD (Right wing extremist) is Blue and CDU (Conservatives) uses Orange though only as a seconday color
