It's about telling India's banks that if they are used to letting Russia get around sanctions, they will be sanctioned themselves. The same thing was told to the Chinese banks.
Great idea, that will greatly speed the dedollarisation and establishing of alternative financial systems.

The US doesn't realize the days of dictating terms to the rest of the world is over. All retaliating against India would do is weaken USD.
So instead of economic sanctions we should...?
